|Monday – 6pm||Various||‘Crocs’ – a group to support runners returning from injury or not at full fitness. ||Arranged via Spond (please book in advance)|
|Alternate Tuesday – 7.10pm||Stockwood Park||Track Session at Stockwood Park – currently arranged via Spond||CURRENTLY SUSPENDED|
|Alternate Tuesday – 6:30pm||Outside DW Gym (White Lion Retail Park)||Hill training session||Check Spond for dates|
|Wednesday – 6.30pm *we are trialing 7pm on the first Wednesday of the month||Creasy Park||Main Club night at Creasy Park, various pace groups. ||Just turn up|

Worried you won’t keep up?
Never fear – we operate a ‘loop-back’ policy which means any runners that go too far ahead will turn around at various intervals and run to the back of the group. It makes them work a little harder and means that nobody is ever left behind.
All our groups are lead by a leader who will take you on a safe route around Dunstable or off-road during the summer months.
When deciding which group to run with it’s generally better to err on the side of caution to ensure both your enjoyment and safety.
