|Monday – 6pm||Various||‘Crocs’ – a group to support runners returning from injury or not at full fitness. ||Arranged via Spond (please book in advance)|
|Tuesday – 7.10pm||Stockwood Park||Track Session at Stockwood Park – currently arranged via Spond||Arranged via Spond (please book in advance)|
|Wednesday – 6.30pm||Creasy Park||Main Club night at Creasy Park, various pace groups. ||Book via Spond or Just turn up |
(we will add runners to Spond as a ‘register of attendance’ for ICE and track/trace purposes).
(Arrive in time for a short update and a departure at 6.30pm sharp)

Worried you won’t keep up?
Never fear – we operate a ‘loop-back’ policy which means any runners that go too far ahead will turn around at various intervals and run to the back of the group. It makes them work a little harder and means that nobody is ever left behind.
All our groups are lead by a leader who will take you on a safe route around Dunstable or off-road during the summer months.
When deciding which group to run with it’s generally better to err on the side of caution to ensure both your enjoyment and safety.
