Club Championship Race Awards
Participants must be fully paid up club members & official club colours must be worn at these events. The official club colours are the maroon/white/black or white/maroon (35th anniversary) colours NOT the coloured or maroon training t-shirts.
Our Results Administrator will collect results for 5k, 5 mile, 10k, 10 mile and Half Marathon events and these will be worked out by the Awards team.
There is an overall Ladies and Men Club Champion for each distance – to win this award participants must be the “first across the line” for the club. (this does not apply to the 5k, 20 mile or marathon for 2021)
The 20 mile and Marathon distances are open events, but must be a recognised, measured events. Participants need to submit their own results, by the end of the year, for these distances via the web form to qualify for:
- 20 mile Ladies/Mens Champion and Age Graded awards
- Marathon Ladies/Mens Champion and Age Graded awards
In 2016 the Club introduced “Age-Graded” awards for the following age categories. This means that for each of the club championship races the first female and male within the age groups below wins an award.
