Wednesday – 6.30pm Creasy ParkMain Club night at Creasy Park, various pace groups.

Worried you won’t keep up?

Never fear – we operate a ‘loop-back’ policy which means any runners that go too far ahead will turn around at various intervals and run to the back of the group. It makes them work a little harder and means that nobody is ever left behind.

All our groups are lead by a leader who will take you on a safe route around Dunstable or off-road during the summer months.

When deciding which group to run with it’s generally better to err on the side of caution to ensure both your enjoyment and safety.
