Normal club run pace groups are as follows;
Group 1: 7.00 min/mile
Group 2: 7.30 min/mile
Group 3: 8.00 min/mile
Group 4: 8.30 min/mile
Group 5: 9.00 min/mile
Group 6: 9.30 min/mile
Group 7: 10.00 min/mile
Group 8: 11.00 min/mile
Group 9: 12.00 min/mile
Worried you won’t keep up?
Never fear – we operate a ‘loop-back’ policy which means any runners that go too far ahead will turn around at various intervals and run to the back of the group. It makes them work a little harder and means that nobody is ever left behind.
All our groups are lead by a leader who will take you on a safe route around Dunstable or off-road to the downs during the summer months.
