As with all track sessions there will
be a good warm up and warm down. It is
also advisable to do a good bit of stretching after putting your body through
the mill also.
These sessions are primarily about
improving your summer racing times and helping you become a stronger runner in
general. Please bear in mind if you are
injured you should probably skip a session and play truant lol. I shall let you off.
The track sessions will continue to be
£2 each and are every Tuesday evening at Stockwood Park Track at 7pm
Your coaches for these sessions will
vary from time to time and the sessions may not strictly follow as above.
Incidentally if you are interested in
the helping of running these sessions please let one of the coaches aware.
