We have three different championships each year:
These are “first across the line” competitions for men and women. Times from three separate distances are required.
From 2016 introduced age-graded trophies for these races for the following age categories, with only the first runner from each category receiving an award.
Participants must be first claim fully paid up members, as of 1st January each year, Club colours to be worn at qualifying events, Results submitted must be from recognised, measured events, Official results sheets must be submitted, Club Championship events are selected by Club Committee.
The 2018 Club Championship events are as follows:

|5 Mile||John O’Callaghan Memorial||24th June 2018|
|10K||Flitwick||29th April 2018|

This is an age-graded competition, using best recorded times from 2 distances from 5k to half marathon. The man and woman with the highest aggregate age related score becomes League Champion.
Cross Country Champions
Using results from the Three Counties League, the man and woman with the lowest aggregate score from 5 events is Champion. If no runner has completed all 5 then the winner is determined from 4 events. If no runner has completed 4 events then no award is made.
